What’s Included in Our Venue Hire
Each booking includes:
- A 1-hour 45 mins hire of our fully equipped venue.
- Unlimited squash for the children throughout the party.
- Music of your choice to set the perfect atmosphere for your celebration.
Our venue is ideal for up to 25 people, including adults and children. However, if you’d like to invite more guests and feel the space can accommodate them comfortably, you’re welcome to do so.

1. What party packages do you offer?

2. How many children can we invite to a party?
Our party packages are designed for up to 10 children under 5 years old. If you have a larger group, please contact us to discuss your options.
3. Is food included in the party package?
Food is not automatically included in the party package. However, you can add on food and drinks for the children as part of your party package. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include food.
4. Can we bring our own food or drinks?
If you hire the entire venue, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. For standard parties, we provide squash for the children, but food and additional drinks must be added on as part of your package.
5. Is there a minimum or maximum age for children attending the party?
Our soft play area is designed for children under 5 years old. We recommend that children in this age range attend the party to ensure the best experience.
6. Can we decorate the party area?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. If you would prefer, we can provide decorations based on your chosen theme for an additional cost. Please let us know your theme in advance.
7. Do you provide cakes?
We can provide cakes for your party, tailored to your theme, at an additional cost. Please inform us in advance about your preferred cake options.
8. What is included in a party package?
Each package includes exclusive use of the soft play area for 2 hours, a dedicated party host, and squash for the children. Food and additional drinks can be added to the package for an extra cost.
9. How long does the party last?
The party duration is 2 hours. Extra time can be arranged for an additional charge.
10. How do I book a party?
To book a party, you can call us at 07912356488 or email info@peekabooandbrew.com. We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the event.
11. Can we hire the whole cafe for a private event?
Yes. This includes exclusive access to the soft play area and the party host.
12. Do you provide party bags?
Party bags are available as an add-on. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include them in your party package.
13. Can adults have unlimited hot drinks during the party?
Yes, adults can add on unlimited hot drinks. Please note that all adults at the party must choose the unlimited option.
14. What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable date.
15. Is there parking available?
There is limited parking outside the cafe. Additional parking can be found in the Toast Rack parking on the main Broadway, and larger car parks nearby include the Leisure Center car park and Tesco car park.
